This website is run by Sahil Kumar Jha (https://sahiljha.in). I respect your privacy and I keep this policy short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email sahiljha014@gmail.com and I will explain it.

I only collect what I need to reply to you and to keep the site working properly.

• Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, selected service, budget range and the message you type into a contact or quote form.
• Technical information: anonymous usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type and device type, collected through analytics.
• Security information: Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission comes from a real person. It does not track you across websites.

2. How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a quote, proposal or timeline for you.
• To improve the content and performance of this website.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not add you to a marketing list unless you specifically ask me to.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are essential for the site to work. Others come from analytics tools that help me understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will still work.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and generally no longer than 24 months. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

• All pages are served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.
• Forms are protected by CAPTCHA, a honeypot field and server-side validation.
• Access to enquiry messages is limited to me alone.
• Security headers and a firewall sit in front of the site.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information I hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information from my records.
• Stop contacting you.

8. Children

This website is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
